2. Pickup
We collect your donated electronics and components respectfully and efficiently.
3. Sort & evaluate
Each item is assessed for reuse, repair, refurbishment, repurpose, or parts harvesting.
4. Refurbish & repurpose
Working machines and components flow back into use through mission-aligned channels.
5. Responsible downstream
Items that cannot be reused are handled through downstream partners, including licensed recyclers where required.
6. Inclusive work
The process creates meaningful paid work and training opportunities.
